智元本周发布公告，元苼生态发展计划与国内众多高校开展合作，共建具身智能产教融合创新实践平台。基于具身智能真实教学与科研需求，智元将投入千台具身智能设备，双方将进行课程共建、课题共研、实训共育，打通产业前沿技术与高校人才培养的衔接壁垒。首批合作的20多所高等院校包括北京大学、清华大学、浙江大学、华南理工大学、上海交通大学、西安交通大学、东南大学、中山大学等。
AgiBot announced this week that its Yuansheng Ecosystem Development Plan is cooperating with numerous domestic universities to jointly build an embodied intelligence industry-education integration innovation practice platform. Based on real embodied intelligence teaching and research needs, AgiBot will invest a thousand embodied intelligence devices, with both parties conducting curriculum co-construction, topic co-research, and practical training co-education, breaking through the衔接 barrier between industry frontier technology and university talent cultivation. The first batch of over 20 cooperating higher education institutions includes Peking University, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, South China University of Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Southeast University, and Sun Yat-sen University.
智元将投入包括精灵、灵犀、远征在内的轮式、半尺寸和全尺寸人形机器人以及酷拓四足机器人，投入机型覆盖了智元全系列本体产品，投入总数超过一千台，解决高校机器短缺的问题。同时，智元还将提供AIMA开发平台，为高校系统化教学、学生自主研发提供完整工具支撑。作为智元推出的具身智能全域技术生态底座，AIMA包含灵心平台、灵创平台、精灵平台，为高校学生提供硬件真机实训加软件平台研发的双轨教学体系。

According to a Caijing report on October 13, AgiBot Innovation recently launched a new funding round of about 1 billion to 1.5 billion yuan, nearing completion, with latest valuation of about 50 billion yuan. AgiBot is a general AI robot company with embodied intelligence as its core technical direction, founded in 2023. On September 24, AgiBot's 20,000th embodied intelligence robot rolled off the line, setting a global mass production record.
智元这次和高校的合作，和前面讨论的北京印刷学院学生帮天工备赛、浙大科技园孵化NEXFORM新元体、哈工深孵化若愚科技是同一个趋势的不同表现。高校正在成为具身智能产业的人才和人力供给方，企业则通过设备投入、平台开放、课程共建等方式，提前锁定人才。智元投入千台设备和2亿元软件权益，覆盖20多所高校，这个规模在具身智能行业里是比较大的。它的逻辑是，高校学生用智元的设备和平台学习、做研究、开发应用，毕业后进入智元或智元生态里的企业，形成人才输送链条。前面讨论过机器人数据采集员的工作门槛不高，也讨论过具身智能行业人才密度决定上限。智元这个计划，瞄准的正是后者，培养有真机操作经验、有平台开发能力的专业人才。

Universities are becoming talent and manpower suppliers for the embodied intelligence industry, while enterprises lock in talent in advance through equipment investment, platform opening, and curriculum co-construction. AgiBot investing a thousand devices and 200 million yuan in software benefits covering over 20 universities is relatively large-scale in the embodied intelligence industry. Its logic is that university students use AgiBot's devices and platforms to learn, research, and develop applications, then enter AgiBot or enterprises in AgiBot's ecosystem after graduation, forming a talent pipeline. Earlier we discussed that robot data collector jobs have low thresholds, and that embodied intelligence industry talent density determines upper limits. AgiBot's plan targets the latter—cultivating professional talent with real-machine operation experience and platform development capabilities.
