10月23日，福建人形机器人创新中心有限公司正式宣布完成Pre-A+轮融资。本轮融资由福州市鼓楼区城建投资发展集团有限公司、厦门航智量数未来科技孵化器有限公司联袂加持。早在具身智能被列入福建省十五五未来产业重点方向前后，闽江产业引导基金便已先行布局。时隔四个多月，鼓楼、思明国资与顶尖高校平台接续进场，多方力量以实质性举措再次加码本土具身智能赛道，标志着福建未来产业布局从顶层设计阶段正式迈入加速推进、资本与产业深度融合的新阶段。
On October 23, Fujian Humanoid Robot Innovation Center Co., Ltd. officially announced completion of its Pre-A+ funding round. This round was jointly backed by Fuzhou Gulou District Urban Construction Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Hangzhi Quantum Future Technology Incubator Co., Ltd. Before and after embodied intelligence was listed as a key direction of Fujian Province's 15th Five-Year Plan future industries, the Minjiang Industrial Guidance Fund had already laid early groundwork. Four months later, Gulou and Siming state capital along with top university platforms entered in succession, with multiple forces substantively increasing bets on the local embodied intelligence track again, marking Fujian's future industry layout officially moving from top-level design stage into a new stage of accelerated advancement and deep capital-industry integration.

Fujian Humanoid Robot Innovation Center was founded in September 2025, completing Pre-A to Pre-A+ rounds within one year of establishment. Currently, the center has completed five national-level public demonstrations, appeared at the World Humanoid Robot Games, with its Minqing manufacturing base about to be completed and a Fujian-Taiwan integrated embodied intelligence team formed. As Fujian Province's first self-developed humanoid robot sci-tech enterprise, the center's FUZHI brand fully carries core technologies including the f-VLA vision-language-action large model, beyond-line-of-sight teleoperation, multi-machine collaboration, and programming-free teaching, with cumulative intellectual property exceeding 100 items. It has currently laid out over 100,000 square meters of embodied intelligence application space in Fujian, planning demonstration scenarios around cross-strait integration, intelligent manufacturing, educational training, cultural and sports events, data collection and training, and national-local joint construction bases.

The FUZHI robot manufacturing base building in Minqing, Fuzhou, is about to be completed, with planned annual capacity of 10,000 units, providing physical support for the enterprise's transition from technical validation to batch delivery. At the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade, the center completed a collaborative operation demonstration of 30 FUZHI series humanoid robots—the largest robot cluster control demonstration in Fujian Province to date. Securities Times reporters learned on site that the FUZHI series wheeled-arm humanoid robots, through fully 3D-printed lightweight body design and self-developed f-VLA large model, keep complete machine cost within 10,000 yuan, only 5% to 10% of similar industry products.

This case follows the same thread as the previously discussed dense entry of local state capital into the embodied intelligence track. Earlier we discussed Sichuan Embodied Humanoid Robot Technology's over-100-million-yuan Pre-A round with all four investor seats filled by government investment funds, Shaoxing Ziming Cryogenics' A+ round led by CNNC Science and Technology Innovation Fund and Dongfang Electric fund, and Xi'en Technology's Pre-A+ round switching to Guotou Merchants leading with Matrix Partners downgraded from lead to existing shareholder. These cases share a common point—early-stage hard-tech lead positions are being handed to government funds and industrial capital in batches. Fujian's case is special in combining local state capital, university platforms, and industrial guidance funds—Gulou District state capital provides digital economy and capital elements, Xiamen Siming District and Beihang's school-locality cooperation platform provides research and achievement transformation support, and Minjiang Industrial Guidance Fund provides early布局. The logic of this combination is that early-stage embodied intelligence projects need not just money but also scenarios, technology, talent, and supply chain connections—a single type of investor struggles to provide all of these simultaneously.
